Mark recently retired from the Social Security Administration after 35 years of public service. Shortly after graduating from Drury University, Mark began his career with the Social Security Administration, fulfilling his dream of helping others and making a difference in their lives.
Mark received extensive training on all the programs administered by the Social Security Administration, enabling him to help thousands of American citizens from all walks of life with retirement, survivors, disability, and Medicare. Throughout his distinguished career, he worked in several states and held over 13 positions at all levels, including providing leadership for 27 Social Security offices and their employees.
Mark's passion for outstanding customer service earned him several distinguished leadership awards throughout his career. He is now dedicated to helping those entitled and eligible, enroll for their Social Security and Medicare benefits.
Mark also played competitive college basketball at the highest level, representing the University of Missouri and Drury University. This experience taught him the importance of teamwork and commitment-AND he can now be on your team. You won’t meet a more compassionate and genuine advocate for seniors and those in need.
